SPOA is committed to uniting and supporting the leading yearbook providers in the industry through advocacy, resources, and collaboration. Membership in SPOA is an opportunity to align with a highly respected association, gain industry insights, and connect with key stakeholders in school photography and yearbook publishing. Please complete the application below to be considered for membership and to be a SPOA Accredited Company.
Before you begin you start filling out the Accreditation Application, please have the following ready:

Digital copy of your Current Business License

Certificate of Insurance for all policies held by your company

A list of your Insurance Provider(s), Policy Number(s), and expiration date(s)

Digital copy of your current internal policies with respect to your practices to ensure compliance with Applicable Laws
Again, have all 4 document types ready as the form must be completed in one sitting. For security reasons, our website WILL NOT save partial forms.
