During the conference, we will be using the event app Whova to keep everyone connected and informed — as well as increase your ROI as an exhibitor! In the app, collecting leads will be as easy as scanning the QR code on the badge of any visitor to your booth. 

 

Additionally, we will host a "passport contest" to encourage attendees to visit as many booths as possible, since visiting a certain number will enter their names into a raffle.

  • Black pipe and drape

  • One (1) 6-foot table with black tablecloth and two (2) chairs

  • For a 10'x10' booth: One (1) complimentary full conference registration. For a double-size booth: Two (2) complimentary full conference registrations. 

  • A listing in the conference program

  • A profile in the Whova event app, providing more visibility with attendees and easy lead retrieval (see below). You can edit your own profile at any time.

Electrical, AV, additional furniture, etc. must be purchased through the Exhibitor Services Order Form (see above). Additional booth staff must have a booth staff ticket:

Many of you have done an incredible job at inviting your own customers and sharing our conference information on your own social media platforms. Last year, Alkit did an amazing job spreading the word and we rewarded them with $1000.00 off their booth costs for 2023. This year, we are going even bigger.  So share this with your marketing departments!  

 

When folks are purchasing their conference tickets, they will be asked "How did you hear about the conference?" The companies who are mentioned the most will win some big prizes:

  • 1st Place wins $2500 off either a booth or a conference sponsorship item for 2024 — to the company with the most tickets referred.

  • 2nd Place wins $1000 off either a booth or a conference sponsorship item for 2024 — to the company with the second-highest number of tickets referred.

  • 3rd Place wins $500 off their booth for 2024 — to the company with the most creative marketing for both the conference and membership to SPOA (make sure you send it to us, too, so we can see it!)

The contest will last from March 20th until June 9th.

 

We are so excited for this year's conference.  The location, the training, the speakers, the keynotes, and the industry awards banquet will be something discussed for years to come. We have already sold more tickets than we did last year, so we know that this year's conference is going to be incredible.
