The group discount rate (available until June 14, 2024) is $140 per night plus 14% sales tax and $29.99 resort fee.

Welcome, exhibitors! All booth staff (besides the 1-2 included in the booth purchase) are required to have a ticket. These give them the same access to the conference sessions, meals, and Industry Awards Banquet that an attendee would have! You can purchase these booth staff tickets at the same time you are purchasing your booth, whether through Whova or through invoice. Or, if you missed purchasing some then, you can purchase them here:

Easy Lead Retrieval

During the conference, we will be using the event app Whova to keep everyone connected and informed — as well as increase your ROI as an exhibitor! In the app, collecting leads will be as easy as scanning the QR code on the badge of any visitor to your booth. 


Additionally, we will host a "passport contest" to encourage attendees to visit as many booths as possible, since visiting a certain number will enter their names into a raffle.
