Membership in SPOA is reserved for organizations that are dedicated to upholding ethical business practices, superior service, and a commitment to school communities nationwide. Please complete the following application to be considered for membership and to be an SPOA Accredited Company.
Before you begin you start filling out this Application, please have the following ready:

Digital copy of your Current Business License

Certificate of Insurance for all policies held by your company

A list of your Insurance Provider(s), Policy Number(s), and expiration date(s)

Digital copy of your current internal policies with respect to your practices to ensure compliance with Applicable Laws
Again, have all 4 document types ready as the form must be completed in one sitting. For security reasons, our website WILL NOT save partial forms.
