In 1998, he joined The Taubman Company, a developer of regional shopping centers, becoming Development Director. In 2000, he followed a dream and started a venture and an angel-backed e-Learning company called InfoAlly. In 2005, Joe sold InfoAlly and went on to co-found and become president of AssetHealth.

Tyler Tarver, Ed.S. is currently a director of learning and talent development at Tarver Academy, an online resource for teachers. He has more than 33 million views and 205,000 subscribers across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. He has written 4 booki, hosts multiple podcasts, has his superintendent certification, and is a doctoral candidate in educational leadership at Harding University.
